GOWTHAM MODEL SCHOOL

MEHDIPATNAM

The school was established in the year 2003. It is Recognized by the AP state board. The school follows the state syllabus.

It maintains strength of 2000 children, 80 Teaching and 30 support staff.

General election for the year 2012-2013 were held on

30^th June. The candidates are elected for the various posts as follows.

CABINET INSTALLATION CEREMONY

GMS school cabinet celebrated its victory on 7^th july,2012, when its members were invocated by Mrs.MOHSEENA PARVEEN, corporator of Vijayanagar colony. The ceremony was conducted under the auspices of the chiefguest and the presedentialship of the Principal Mrs.K.SARITARAO.

PRE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES

RED COLOUR DAY

To motivate the tiny tots of pre primary, we organized RED COLOUR DAY on which the teachers and the students wore red colour dress and they paricipated in different activities conducted.

FANCY DRESS COMPETITION

Fancy dress competition organized by Pre primary gave a chance for the children to feel the importance of the role different people played in the society.

The theme of this program is to guide the children , by sharing Experiences of the Parents to motivate them to be Disciplined and work hard for their Bright Future.

Mr. Sanjay introduced himself as a child of parents who struggled hard to reach upto their position in USA.

He felt proud to mention that he himself was person benefited with their struggles. He advised the children not to strain themselves by getting nervous with the burden of studies , but to prepare themselves in an analytical way. He had brief introduction with the students regarding the scope of students who want to pursue their studies abroad.

MASARATH JAHAN, B.COM.

Mrs.Masarath Jahan introduced herself with a pleasant smile and started her speech about the IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION FOR GIRLS.

She expressed happiness that now a days girls are competing with boys in every field.She adviced them to study study well and become future Doctors,Engineers and Teachers. She wished them for their alround develpoment by participating in extra curricular activities also.

Mr. B.GANESH parent of Sonali of VII-A. He gave an informative lecture on PARENT'S ROLE IN EDUCATION AND THE IMPORTANCE OF PUNCTUALITY IN STUDENT'S LIFE. The interaction session was very interesting as the students very actively participated in it.
